Nikali serves with his wife, Lisa and their son, Joshua and is currently a high-school mathematics teacher at Agawam High School. He graduated from Westfield State College majoring in math and secondary education and also has a Masters degree from Western New England University. In his spare time, Nikali enjoys all things sports. From watching to playing, it is difficult to separate him from following his favorite teams or engaging in a friendly game of some sort. Nikali is also the commissioner for the interchurch softball league. Lastly, if you desire to spend time with Nikali you can always find him training for some marathon in hopes of qualifying for the grand dame of racing, the Boston Marathon.
